♦ During the first contact following receipt of the form, Nelkah will send you a contract to be signed by both parties.
♦ By accepting a commission and making a payment, you (“the commissioner”) agree to be bound by these terms of service between you and Nelkah (“the artist”).
♦ Commissioner and artist may not share each other’s personal contact details with third parties.
Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.
• The Artist will keep the Commissioner updated with screenshots of the progress until completion.

C O M P L E T A T I O N T I M E & D E A D L I N E S

♦ No deadlines. Due dates can be managed only months in advance.
♦ Due to backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.
♦ A project that is too tight could be refused or reduced in terms of quality.
♦ If your order is complex and taking a long time, I might be working on something else in parallel to unzip. Or just keep paying my bills actually…

P R O C E S S

♦ Please ensure the initial description is accurate. Please pay attention to the preview and draft as it is the proper stage for modifications.
♦ Commissioner can request “Work in Progress” (WIP) screenshots at any part of the process.
♦ If you order more than one character on separate drawings, only the first one will be prioritised.
♦ Only commercial purpose illustrations can have more than three characters on the same drawing.

• R e v i s i o n s •
♦ Once the draft is validated, small changes like colour adjustments, small details or fixing mistakes can be done for free.
♦ Any large changes (clothing, pose, setting, light) will be charged extra.
♦ After delivery and validation, no changes.

G E N E R A L

♦ The Artist reserves the right to decline any order without detailed explanation.
♦ The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
♦ Price may change depending on the project.
♦ The artist will contact the commissioner when ready to begin the artwork.
♦ Payment upfront. After notifying the start of work, payment is made after receiving a first quick sketch. Until payment is made, the drawing stagnates.

♦ If the drawing is to be used commercially, the artist must be notified.
♦ The purchase is for digital artwork.
♦ The artist’s style of shading, colour and line may evolve slightly over time.

D E L I V E R Y & U S A G E

♦ When the drawing is validated, it is considered finished. Any change after delivery incurs additional costs.
♦ Large and resized versions of the artwork are provided once completed.
♦ Public posting of the large version is prohibited to prevent theft and redistribution.
♦ All reposts online must credit and link to the artist’s social media.
♦ Reposting another commissioner’s artwork is prohibited.
♦ Overlays and PSD files are included for copyright orders only.

U S A G E & C R E D I T — P E R S O N A L U S A G E

♦ Nelkah retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork and may display it for promotional purposes.
♦ The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
♦ Unless agreed otherwise, the artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use requires express written consent and extra costs.
• The Commissioner may post on social media while crediting the Artist.
• Private artwork or withholding publication may incur additional charges.
• A speedpaint may be created at the Artist’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

R E F U N D S

♦ Refunds are not offered.
♦ The only exception is if the Artist cannot complete the work due to accident or health issues.
♦ The Artist adapts the character to her style, not the other way around.

C O N F I D E N T I A L I T Y & A C C E P T A N C E

♦ Private artwork or withholding publication may cost extra.
♦ The Commissioner cannot post the full-size drawing publicly.
♦ The Artist may post the finished artwork and WIPs; commercial or event work may be hidden until completion by agreement.
♦ A speedpaint is not guaranteed.
♦ The purchase is for digital artwork only.

♦ Because of the Artist’s fragile health, work proceeds at her own pace. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions. The order will be finalised, but pressure from individuals or exclusive events will not be accepted.
